Die Brücke in die NBBL

Schon seit vielen Jahren bildet die U18 eine Brücke zwischen JBBL und NBBL. Auch in dieser Saison treten die Basketball-Akademie GIESSEN 46ers wieder in der Oberliga an. Der Kader besteht in diesem Jahr je zu einem Drittel aus JBBL-Spielern, NBBL-Trainingskaderspielern und regulären U18-Spielern, die noch nicht mit der NBBL trainieren. Coach der Mannschaft ist Manuel Grün.

Zwei Teams der Basketball-Akademie GIESSEN 46ers starten in dieser Saison in der U10 Bezirks-/Landesliga. Die U10 ist die Gruppe der etwas älteren bzw. erfahreneren Spielern. Hier liegt schon viel Fokus darauf, bald in den U12-Bereich wechseln zu können.
